About the host

Ewa Stacewicz has spent over 20 years working in IT departments of telecommunication companies and the European Commission, more than 10 years as a project manager, collaborating closely with teams in one of the sectors most impacted by AI and automation.

Experiencing firsthand how technology is reshaping roles, she became acutely aware of the fear many professionals feel about staying relevant in an AI-driven world.

At the same time, Ewa has been a dedicated Toastmasters member since 2014, polishing her skills in public speaking, communication, and workshop facilitation.

This dual perspective - working with threatened IT professionals while also helping people communicate and grow - led her to design a workshop that equips participants with tools and frameworks to respond to AI-related challenges and confidently shape their professional value.
